Davro is a registered Ontario Corporation providing construction management services and has been operating as a general contracting company in Canada since 1995. Davro offers both a construction management system on a fee-for-service basis, and general contracting service for a stipulated sum.
Services include original design concepts, and procurement of architects, engineers, general contractors, permits and approvals. Davro follows the project through to Punch Lists and warranty work.

KEY PROJECTS
Davro was a successful bidder from architectural plans for multiple locations for this national wireless provider. Knowledge of the wireless retail segment and competitiveness resulted in the successful completion of 70 stores. As many locations are in high traffic regional malls, professionalism in construction of quality storefronts is key for this client.
The project involved fit out of 90K square feet of retail and 20K of office. This complete overhaul of the space was completed on a phase by phase basis over a three year timeline in order to maintain retail operations throughout the period. Davro demonstrated flexibility and collaboration in working with multiple vendors on the project.
Davro was selected as the vendor of choice for the launch of Mobilicity Stores on the basis of competitiveness and previous track record. This project involved 12 corporate stores across Canada completed on time and on budget.
