Site Management

DavroPM engages skilled and experienced site superintendents to oversee daily operations on our job sites and enforce strict site safety standards. Our superintendents ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, and maintain organized and secure work environments. We provide weekly progress reports and site photos to keep clients informed, while promptly resolving any issues to maintain quality, safety, and project timelines.

Post-Construction

Throughout the project, we track inspections, testing, and verifications to ensure all close-out documentation is completed efficiently. This allows building permits and landlord post-construction requirements to be finalized promptly. We also coordinate post-construction checklists with our clients to address any additional services or documentation needed.

Health & Safety

The health and safety of our employees and subcontractors is a top priority. We regularly review and update our health and safety plans to align with current Canadian workplace safety standards. DavroPM is also experienced in meeting client-specific safety requirements and participating in monitoring programs such as ISN, Cognibox, and Complyworks.
